The Iranian authorities have not received any requests from their citizens, including ethnic Kazakhs, regarding relocation to Kazakhstan. This was stated by Iran’s ambassador to Kazakhstan, Ali Akbar Jokar, at a press conference. The diplomat noted that the authorities do not expect a mass departure of ethnic Kazakhs from Iran to Kazakhstan.
