#Ruslan Zheldibay

Ruslan Sultanuly Zheldibay was born in 1989 in the Zhambyl Region. In 2010, he graduated from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University. He is an alumnus of the international educational program Bolashak. In 2017, he completed his Master’s degree at the University of Warwick (United Kingdom). On February 17, 2025, he was appointed Adviser to the President – Press Secretary of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
