By the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Kemelovich Tokayev, specially protected natural areas were designated within the framework of the state program for the development of nomadic and domestic ecotourism. Additionally, in his Address to the People of Kazakhstan on September 1, 2021, the President instructed to improve national parks. The documentary film "National Parks – National Heritage" highlights the work of inspectors guarding protected areas, the tourism potential of national parks, as well as plants and animals listed in the Red Book.
