“When Leaders Speak” is a documentary film about the state visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, to the Russian Federation — a defining political event of the year. The film provides an in-depth look at the political negotiations, the signing of the historic Declaration on Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and Alliance, as well as the cultural program and informal meetings between the leaders.
