A competition of young dombra makers was held in the city of Kosshy. The event was organized by the Kosshy city administration and the Republican Public Association “Union of Musical Instrument Masters,” bringing together craftsmen aged 18 to 35 from across the country. A unique feature of the competition was that the dombras were made exclusively from wood grown in Kazakhstan.
