Kanaz Moldakhmet (born February 23, 1942, Bekbauyl Station, Aral District) is a writer and a member of the Union of Writers of Kazakhstan since 1980. He is an Honored Worker of Health of Kazakhstan (1998), and laureate of the Alash Literary Prize (2016) and the Gabdol Slanov Prize (2019).
