During a working visit to Astana, Olzhas Bektenov inspected the operations of CHP-3. The combined heat and power plant now fully covers the city’s previously existing energy capacity deficit and provides a reserve to meet growing demand. CHP-3 produces 440 Gcal/hour, with heat supplied to the developing districts along Ch. Aitmatov Street, Uly Dala Avenue, Turan, and other areas.
