V Kurultai: Political Transformation

With the participation of the Head of State, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, the 5th National Kurultai was held in the city of Kyzylorda. At the meeting, the President of Kazakhstan spoke about one of the country’s most important historical decisions — the parliamentary reform — and explained how the branches of power will change in the future. In the documentary film, experts and members of the Kurultai analyze how the new political system will affect the life of every citizen and describe a new level of trust between the state and society.
