Issues related to the implementation of artificial intelligence in the labor sector and its impact on worker safety became one of the key topics of the 14th Kazakhstan International Conference and Exhibition on Occupational Safety and Industrial Safety, KIOSH 2026. International expert in social protection and researcher at Vilnius University, Audrius Bitinas, presented a European perspective on the use of digital technologies in labor relations. According to him, artificial intelligence is already actively used for risk analysis and inspections; however, it is not capable of taking into account important human factors.
