The documentary film “Tirek” (Support) tells the stories of ordinary people from various sectors who have distinguished themselves through honest and dedicated work. As a result, they received personal gratitude from the President and were awarded state honors such as “Kazakhstan’s Hero of Labor,” “Labor Glory,” “For Distinguished Service,” and others. The film features a dairy worker, an agronomist, a horse breeder, a machine operator, a municipal services worker, a diesel locomotive driver, a railway specialist, and a social sector professional. It portrays their life journeys, dedication to their professions and crafts, and their everyday lives, highlighting the role and importance of working professions in society.
