Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov thanked his former deputy Roman Sklyar for their joint work during a Government meeting and wished him success in his new position. The Prime Minister also recalled that, by decree of the President, Nurlybek Naliyev was appointed First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
