National games and sports events dedicated to the Nauryz holiday have begun in the capital

On March 21, large-scale festive events dedicated to Nauryz were organized in Astana from early morning. City residents gathered at the main venues of the capital — the city square, near the “Qazaq Eli” monument, at the “Astana Arena” stadium, in Atatürk Park, at the Astana Music Hall parking area, and at the EXPO site, where they are actively participating in sports activities. Among them are competitions in traditional Kazakh national games.
